With key wins from Chris Finley (140) and John Menafra
(119), the Colts (17-2) beat the Irish in a Non-Public A semifinal and will host their first sectional final at
CBA since Mike Baldi starting coaching there nine seasons ago.
Finley beat Vince Spiczio by major decision, 13-1.
"Finley beat a kid who only had two or three losses this season and we had them (Notre Dame) as the favorite
in that match," Baldi said. "It was the 12th bout of the evening, but Chris wrestled his best match of
the year against one of their best kids."
Menafra came out on top with a 5-3 decision over Chris Leva at 119.
